Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and taxi88 (hereinafter referred to as "taxi88", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at taxi88.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by taxi88, including but not limited to: sports betting, live sports in-play wagering, live dealer casino games, slots, table games, virtual games, and any promotional or loyalty reward products.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with taxi88, you must satisfy each of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the Account remains active;
2. You are a natural person (corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register Accounts);
3. You are not a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when accessing the Platform;
4. You have full legal capacity and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract;
5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, or agent of taxi88, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
6. You are opening the Account voluntarily, on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not acting on behalf of any third party;
7. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by taxi88 for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all such Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. taxi88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you promptly notify taxi88 of unauthorised access.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and policies published by taxi88, including but not limited to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules in force from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Online gambling involves inherent financial risk and you may lose some or all funds wagered;
• Participation in Platform activities is for entertainment purposes and does not constitute a reliable or guaranteed source of income;
• All bets placed through the Platform are made in accordance with the applicable game rules and the odds published at the time the bet is accepted;
• taxi88 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that resulted from a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error;
• The Platform and all associated content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without express written consent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

taxi88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, as well as cryptocurrency deposits via USDT (TRC20/ERC20) and BTC. All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency denomination is selected.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency);
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction;
• KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed. taxi88 may request a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• Processing time: Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified members during normal operating hours;
• Source of funds: taxi88 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that exceed defined thresholds;
• Currency: All transactions are settled in MYR. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing;
• taxi88 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly approved by the Platform's compliance team.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• Each Account holder is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless otherwise stated;
• taxi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion with or without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) and eligible game contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum (typically between RM250 and RM500) while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Bonus expiry windows (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) are specified at the time of promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance;
• taxi88 reserves the right to reclaim or withhold any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other form of fraud is identified.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any bet. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the User once confirmed, except where taxi88 has exercised its discretion to void a bet;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. These limits may be adjusted at taxi88's discretion without prior notice;
• In the event of a system error, connectivity failure, or technical malfunction, taxi88 reserves the right to void any bet affected by such error;
• Where odds are found to contain a manifest error at the time of bet acceptance, taxi88 reserves the right to settle the bet at the corrected odds or to void the bet entirely;
• All Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international sports markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia, Premier League, UFC) where applicable;
• Live (in-play) bets are placed and accepted during active play. taxi88 may suspend markets at any time during in-play events without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, arbitrage, scalping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors or exploit promotional terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or disputed transactions without legitimate cause;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward taxi88 staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of taxi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, translated, displayed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of taxi88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by taxi88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taxi88 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profit, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts arising from data feed failures or third-party system errors;
• Delays in payment processing caused by banking institutions, payment gateways, or blockchain network conditions;
• Actions of third parties, including but not limited to payment processors, game providers, and data suppliers.

Where taxi88's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Responsible Gambling

taxi88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful. We provide all Account holders with access to a suite of self-management tools, available at all times through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on total net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Termination

taxi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User's Account activity raises concerns of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require the closure of the Account;
• A User has requested self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any legitimate Funds (i.e., Funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) held in the Account will be returned to the User via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Amendments

taxi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a notification within the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
